Lexcel plays a central role in Taiwan’s regulatory and corporate sectors, advising on some of the country’s largest deals, as well as the government on several laws and regulations.  We provide legal advice with commercial application, tailored to the local environment and respond to our clients’ needs accordingly.

We maintain excellent relationship with a number of foreign law firms and we frequently act together on major transactions.  The firm works alongside many Taiwanese subsidiaries of multinational companies, and has advised all types of foreign clients on legal issues in Taiwan.

We combine leading corporate, financial, commercial and dispute resolution expertise across a range of practice areas.  Each partner of our firm brings with him/her over fifteen years of experience in a wide range of business and government sectors.  Two of our partners have been judges serving in the high court and district court, providing our clients with the most adequate understanding of the Taiwanese legal system, ensuring the highest quality of our services.  The third partner is admitted both by the Taiwan Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, serving our clients as the reliable, well-experienced interface in handling transnational litigation, business and corporate matters.
